We identify and carefully evaluate qualified gestational surrogates who are committed to a successful and positive experience.

This includes:

• Active surrogate recruitment

• Review of medical records related to prior pregnancies and deliveries

• Background checks for the surrogate (and partner, if applicable)

• Drug screening

• Health insurance review

• In-depth personal interviews

Psychological Screening Coordination

We coordinate the surrogate’s psychological evaluation with a licensed mental health professional to ensure emotional readiness and alignment with the process.

Thoughtful Matching Process

We take a personalized approach to matching, carefully considering intended parents’ preferences, values, and goals to identify a surrogate who is a strong overall fit.

Communication Support

We facilitate and support communication between intended parents and the gestational surrogate based on the type of relationship both parties are comfortable with. Our goal is to create a respectful, well-supported dynamic throughout the journey.

Fertility Clinic Guidance

If needed, we provide guidance in selecting a fertility clinic and physician that align with your preferences, location, and medical needs.

Legal Coordination

We support the legal phase of the surrogacy process by:

• Coordinating with the surrogate’s attorney

• Providing referrals to experienced reproductive law attorneys for intended parents

• Assisting with communication during contract drafting and negotiation

• Helping ensure legal milestones are completed efficiently​

Insurance Review & Coordination

We coordinate a professional review of the surrogate’s health insurance to determine whether it covers surrogacy.

If additional coverage is needed, we assist in securing a surrogacy-specific insurance policy through a reputable provider. Premiums and associated costs are managed through escrow and paid by intended parents.

Clinical & Cycle Coordination

We collaborate with the fertility clinic, surrogate, and intended parents to ensure alignment on all key milestones, including:

• Medical appointments

• Medication timelines

• Embryo transfer scheduling

• Pregnancy updates

Escrow & Financial Coordination

We work closely with your escrow provider to help ensure:

• Payments are scheduled and submitted on time

• Invoices are reviewed for accuracy

• Financial coordination remains organized and transparent

Travel Coordination

We manage all travel logistics for the surrogate and her companion when needed, including:

• Flight arrangements

• Accommodations

• Ground transportation​

Ongoing Surrogate Support

We maintain consistent communication with the surrogate before, during, and after pregnancy to help ensure she feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout the process.

Additional Support Services

As part of our commitment to a well-rounded experience, we also offer:

• Optional childbirth preparation classes via Zoom for the surrogate and her support person (intended parents are welcome to attend)

• Customized guided meditation recordings for intended parents and surrogates, designed to support emotional well-being throughout the journey
