The Journey of Egg Donation
Becoming an egg donor is a meaningful way to help individuals and couples grow their families. At Premiere Family Coordination, we provide thoughtful, respectful guidance throughout the egg donation process, ensuring donors feel informed, supported, and valued at every stage.
Help build a family. Be supported every step of the way.
Whether you are exploring egg donation for the first time or considering donating again, our team is here to provide clear communication, careful coordination, and a supportive experience.
What Is Egg Donation?
Egg donation is a process in which a healthy individual donates eggs to help intended parents build their family. The donated eggs are used by a fertility clinic to create embryos, which may then be transferred to the intended parent or a gestational surrogate.
Egg donors do not have a parental role in the child born from donation. The process is carefully coordinated and includes medical screening, legal agreements, and support throughout each step.
Who Can Become an Egg Donor?
Egg donors are typically individuals who are:
-
Between the ages of 21–30 (may vary)
-
In good physical and emotional health
-
Non-smokers
-
Able to attend medical appointments as required
-
Willing to follow medical instructions during the donation cycle
-
Interested in helping intended parents build their family
Previous egg donation experience is not required. We welcome both first-time and experienced donors.
Why Become an Egg Donor?
Many donors choose to participate because they want to help others experience parenthood. Egg donation can also offer:
-
The opportunity to make a meaningful difference
-
A supportive, structured experience
-
Comprehensive medical screening
-
Compensation for time and commitment
-
Guidance throughout the entire process
Our role is to ensure donors feel respected, informed, and comfortable from the first conversation through completion.
Egg Donor Compensation
For their time and connection, first time donors typically earn $10,000 - $12,500. Donor fees typically increase by around $2,000 - $2,500 for each subsequent cycle. Our donors that choose to complete six cycles typically earn over $100,000.
The Egg Donation Process
While each journey is unique, the egg donation process typically includes:
1. Initial Application
Prospective donors complete a brief application sharing basic background and health information.
2. Profile Review
Our team reviews your application and follows up if additional information is needed.
3. Matching with Intended Parents
Once approved, donors may be matched with intended parents based on preferences and availability.
4. Medical & Psychological Screening
Selected donors complete screening through a fertility clinic, including medical and psychological evaluations.
5. Legal Agreements
Independent legal counsel is provided to review and finalize donor agreements.
6. Donation Cycle
The donor completes a monitored cycle under the care of a fertility clinic, culminating in egg retrieval.
7. Completion & Follow-Up

We coordinate each step and remain available throughout the process.
