Additional medical expenses may include donor medications, monitoring appointments, and the egg retrieval procedure. These services are provided directly through the fertility clinic.
Payment for all medical services, donor medications, and procedures is handled directly between intended parents and the fertility clinic. Premiere Family Coordination does not collect or manage medical payments.
If outside monitoring is required for a donor located outside the primary clinic’s area, intended parents may be asked to provide a credit card directly to the outside monitoring clinic for payment of those services. Outside monitoring costs vary depending on location and clinic requirements.
All medical costs are determined by the fertility clinic and are subject to change based on individual protocols.
Travel & Incidental Expenses
Travel costs depend on whether the donor is local to the clinic.

These estimates may include:

*Clinics require donors to bring a companion when they travel for the egg retrieval. These travel funds also cover the companion's flight, accomodations, and meal stipends.
