Lucy Gibson, Owner
Lucy has been working with couples and individuals moving through the journey of pregnancy, birth and parenthood for the past 15 years. She was an egg donor in her 20s and incredibly moved by the experience. Helping someone fulfill the dream of parenthood felt deeply meaningful and was a significant inspiration for her to open Premiere Family Coordination. She also worked many years as a birth and postpartum doula, providing hands-on support as families navigated the transition of birth into parenthood.
When Lucy decided to start a family, her understanding of the struggles Intended Parents face grew when she experienced multiple pregnancy losses.
After many years of fertility challenges she was able to conceive her two children. She is passionate about helping those trying to grow their family to know the joy that comes when you’re finally able to welcome your baby into the world.
Leah Schwaille, Lead Egg Donor and Surrogacy Coordinator
Leah Schwallie serves as the Lead Egg Donor and Surrogacy Coordinator at Premiere Family Coordination, where she supports intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates throughout each stage of their journey with care, clarity, and thoughtful organization.
With a strong background in merchandising and operations, Leah brings a highly structured, detail-oriented approach to coordination. She has extensive experience managing complex timelines, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. Her ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and communicate clearly makes her an invaluable guide for families navigating the complexities of egg donation and gestational surrogacy.
Leah’s approach is also deeply personal. As a multi-time egg donor herself, she understands the process from the donor’s perspective and brings a unique level of empathy and insight to her work. She is passionate about creating a supportive, respectful experience for everyone involved, ensuring donors feel comfortable and informed, and intended parents feel confident every step of the way.
Leah is known for her calm, organized presence and her commitment to building strong, trusting relationships. She believes that thoughtful coordination and clear communication are key to creating a smooth and positive family-building journey.
Carly Matson, Surrogacy and Financial Coordinator
Carly serves as the Surrogacy and Financial Coordinator at Premiere Family Coordination, where she supports intended parents and gestational surrogates with thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and steady oversight throughout each stage of the journey.
With a strong background in office and financial management, Carly brings a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to her role. She oversees financial coordination, tracks important milestones, and helps ensure that every aspect of the surrogacy process moves forward smoothly and transparently.
Carly’s work is deeply informed by personal experience. After building her own family, she became a gestational surrogate twice, giving her a unique and meaningful understanding of the emotional, physical, and logistical aspects of surrogacy. This perspective allows her to support both intended parents and surrogates with empathy, insight, and a calm, reassuring presence.
Known for her professionalism, organization, and genuine care, Carly is committed to creating a supportive and well-coordinated experience for every family she works with.
